Not a new build on a green field, but a house that has stood here for a long time and is now getting its second story. The same hand as the Wilderer Chalets — only quieter, smaller, closer to the place.

The idea
The first sun falls on mountains, fence and weathered wood.
A farmstead is not a hotel. It has no lobby, no reception and no room numbers counting up to the fourth floor. It has a door, a forecourt and walls that already know a few winters.
That is exactly what guides the conversion. We take away what does not belong here and leave standing what makes the house what it is. Wood, stone, light that comes in early. Seven to nine apartments for people who have had enough of places that look the same everywhere.
Everything else — floor plans, sizes, pictures, prices — we will say as soon as it can be said honestly. Not before.
Lärchenlicht and Hofholz translate this quiet moment into a warm, down-to-earth world of colour.

What is the Wilderer Hof?
The Wilderer Hof is an existing building in Leutasch, Tyrol, currently being converted into seven to nine apartments. It is the fourth house of the Wilderer brand — alongside the Wilderer Chalets, Landhaus Moritz and Wilderer Nest.
Where exactly is the Wilderer Hof?
In Weidach in 6105 Leutasch, Tyrol, in the Seefeld Olympic Region — about 150 metres from the Wilderer Chalets. Innsbruck is around 30 minutes away.
How many apartments will there be?
Seven to nine apartments are planned. The exact number depends on the final floor plan and will be settled once the conversion is far enough along.
When does the Wilderer Hof open?
An opening date has not been set yet. As soon as it holds, we will announce it here and send it to everyone on the list.
Can I book or reserve already?
Not yet. Currently bookable are the Wilderer Chalets, the Wilderer Apartment and Landhaus Moritz in Leutasch. For the Hof we are taking non-binding, free registrations of interest.
How is the Wilderer Hof related to the Wilderer Chalets?
Both belong to Wilderer Chalets Tirol GmbH and to the Wilderer brand. Same people, same hand, same place — just another house with a character of its own.
